K’s Cafe & Smoothie Bar is looking to add a reliable, motivated team member position to our growing team!
We are a fast-paced, team-focused environment that takes pride in serving high-quality food and drinks while creating a positive experience for every customer.
We’re currently hiring for part-time positions, with a strong need for weekday/daytime availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open and/or close the café and ensure smooth daily operations
- Lead shifts by keeping the team on track, organized, and working efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and step in to resolve issues when needed
- Prepare drinks and food items while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
- Support team members, helping them grow and succeed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Take initiative and handle day-to-day responsibilities without constant direction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, coffee, or customer service preferred
- Prior leadership, key holder, or shift lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team positively
- Flexible availability, including weekday daytime shifts and some weekends
Availability:
- Weekday availability is required (especially mornings and early afternoons)
- Some weekend availability is a plus
- Looking for long-term team members, not seasonal help
Pay & Benefits:
- $14–$18/hour for part-time (24-32hrs)
- Tips on top of hourly pay
