Several key roles in our clinics include:
Medical Assistant – Work directly with providers and patients to support clinical care and procedures.
Front Desk Coordinator – Welcome patients, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
Pre-Certification Specialist – Obtains insurance authorizations and verifies coverage for medical procedures and services to ensure timely patient care.
Scheduler – Assist patients in booking and managing appointments with efficiency and care

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Medical Assistants- MA diploma from an accredited vocational institution, or a college course in medical assisting.
Performance Required:

Knowledge of health care field and EMR systems preferred.

Skill in written and verbal communications.

Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care practices and procedures.

Ability to project a pleasant and professional image.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks.
