Manufacturing Production Associate
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are a growing manufacturing company with approximately 30 employees seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team. This is a hands-on production position in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. We are looking for energetic, mechanically inclined candidates who take pride in their work, enjoy learning new skills, and are committed to producing quality results.

Schedule
This position follows a rotating shift schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employees work six consecutive days on one shift, followed by two days off, then rotate to the next shift. Candidates should be comfortable working all shifts as part of the rotation.
