Location: Stratford, CT
Pay Rate: 18+ Competitive (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Summary:
We are currently hiring Machine Operators for all shifts at our Stratford, CT facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to join a stable manufacturing environment with consistent hours and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines & understand job tickets and/or special instructions
- Work with other departments to help achieve daily manufacturing goals
- Perform general housekeeping including general upkeep both in an outside of the facility trash/waste removal, and general assistance.
Requirements:
- Some mechanical ability
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Available to work up to 12hrs a day and weekends during peak season (Oct-Nov-Dec)
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Full-time, stable schedules
- Multiple shifts available to fit your availability
