Job Summary
Join Our Team at Mountain View Dental Care!
We’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice. We’re a 1–2 day-per-week part-time position, with the potential to add days and grow into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow.
But honestly, we’re looking for more than someone who simply has the right qualifications.
We’re looking for someone who will fit our team.
We have a genuinely great group of people who enjoy coming to work, have a good sense of humor, and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We communicate well, help each other out, and enjoy getting to know what’s going on in each other’s lives. We also love getting to know our patients beyond what’s written in their chart.
Our office has a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere while still taking excellent patient care and dentistry seriously. We work hard, but we have fun doing it. We value people who are kind, dependable, curious, willing to learn, and who contribute positively to the team.
If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, laughing with coworkers, learning new things, and working in an environment where communication and teamwork actually matter, you may be a great fit for us.

Most importantly, we're looking for the right person.
You don’t have to know everything. You don’t have to be perfect. We’re much more interested in finding someone who is kind, hardworking, personable, willing to learn, and genuinely cares about people.
Our goal is to create an office where patients feel comfortable and cared for—and where our team actually enjoys coming to work.
If that sounds like the kind of dental office you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
