Position Overview: The Bilingual Warehouse Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by coordinating delivery schedules, managing customer pickups, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments with customers and delivery teams
- Manage and organize customer pickups at the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and sales teams
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization within the warehouse
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office management, customer service, or warehouse support role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems (email, scheduling software, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience coordinating logistics or delivery scheduling
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or inventory systems
