A day in the life...
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Hospitality team. In this role, the HR coordinator is responsible for assisting the HR leader with the H2B & J1 program summer season. Assist as needed with various tasks such as recruiting, hiring, training, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service focused, and familiar with hospitality. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), is not afraid to speak in front of a crowd, and can maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations. This is a seasonal position until October 2026.
Key Accountabilities:

Assist Human Resource Manager with recruiting, onboarding, training, and event planning.

Coordinate the J1 international program, such as transportation, housing, and community outings.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance and legal requirements

Respond to team members and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Must be at least 18 years or old.
-
Must have a valid driver license.
-
1 year of Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.

High School Diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred.

Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
-
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in Paylocity, E-verify, Hotel Effectiveness, and Acamatica.
