Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule Options:
- Day shift / 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Sunday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform deep cleanings or general cleanings based on the job assigned.
- Follow the specific checklist and notes provided for each cleaning project.
- Conduct a final walk-through with the customer to ensure satisfaction before completing the job.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reliable transportation (required).
- Smartphone (Required).
- English speaking (required).
- Has a driver's license (required).
- Experience in residential deep cleaning/move-out cleaning is a must.
- Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to complete cleaning tasks.
- Professional and reliable communication with clients.
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends if needed.
Compensation:
- We pay per job, not per hour.
