Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager and Restaurant Managers to lead our franchise restaurant in Perrysburg, OH. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations, and driving profitability while upholding the high standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the franchise owner to achieve financial goals.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Understanding of restaurant operations best practices.
- Ability to cook or understand food service management is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
