The Role
As an HVAC Service Sales Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and recommend solutions in customers' homes — combining real technical skill with the ability to communicate value and close. You're the face of Apollo in the field, and your success directly drives your earnings.
What You'll Do
- Run service calls, tune ups, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Present repair and replacement options that solve the customer's problem and protect their comfort
- Document jobs and manage your workflow in ServiceTitan
- Treat every customer with the utmost care
- Turn service calls into long-term relationships that earn reviews, referrals, and repeat business
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (required)
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan (required)
- Self-managed and disciplined — you don't need to be micromanaged
- Strong sales instincts and genuine customer-first communication
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Hungry, coachable, and accountable — the kind of person who owns the outcome
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive base hourly rate, with higher pay for Field Supervisor roles (same core work, added responsibility over techs and customers)
- Commission on repairs and replacements on top of your hourly base — your performance directly grows your paycheck
