We’re looking for a skilled Trucking Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, trucks, and loads with efficiency and precision, ensuring prompt and courteous service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule drivers, trucks, and loads to maximize productivity.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong communication with drivers.
- Monitor and manage logistics to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination preferred.
- Strong understanding of freight operations and transportation planning.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and drivers.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-focused environment.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
