HENSCHEL MIXER OPERATOR
Revlis Corporation is looking for a Henschel Mixer Operator to work at our plastics facility in Akron.
The Henschel Mixer Operator is responsible for the operation, and cleaning of henschel machinery and ribbon blender.
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Accurately follow and read formulation and work order instructions ensuring correct ingredients are being used.
- Measure, weigh and pour raw materials (pigments and additives) into hoppers; monitoring usage on each batch.
- Follow lab instructions regarding batch approval, adjustments, or any additional requirements.
- Complete all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely fashion.
- Observe all safety requirements ( e.g. lockout-tagout)
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 6:00 am- 4:00 pm. (Potential overtime on Fridays) The starting rate of pay is $22.50/hr.
Qualifications
- Must have Manufacturing and/or Industrial Machine Operating experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 60lbs and roll 300lb drums
- Must have steel-toed boots or composite toe shoes.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical testing.
- Must be comfortable working with colored pigments.
