Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Operation Assistant / Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities
- Receive, manage, and track product samples throughout the development process.
- Assist in coordinating product testing, prepare and submit testing requests, complete required testing documentation, and follow up on test reports.
- Review and verify product development documents to ensure sample details, factory information, product specifications, and artwork are accurate and consistent.
- Create and maintain product information documents, including product specifications and development records, to support purchase order creation and production.
- Review carton markings, labels, packaging artwork, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently while effectively communicating and coordinating with factories and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, eager to learn, enthusiastic, responsive, dependable, and willing to take on new challenges.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to long-term career growth.
- Experience with product development, product specifications, or product testing/regulatory documentation is a plus.
- Speaking, reading and writing Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus, but not required.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage document proofreading to uphold quality standards
Skills and Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
- College degree is not required but some college attendance is a plus.
- A working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy skills for efficient data management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities in English and Chinese are a plus for diverse client interactions
- Demonstrated office management experience including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Exceptional phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases time management and multitasking capabilities
