We are currently seeking a motivated Verizon Associate to join our team and represent one of the most recognized brands in the industry. The Verizon Associate role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing solutions, and building a long-term career in sales and customer engagement.
As a Verizon Associate, you will engage directly with customers, build meaningful relationships, and assist individuals in selecting wireless products and services that best fit their needs. In this role, you will represent Verizon with professionalism while delivering a positive customer experience and contributing to overall sales success.
Responsibilities of a Verizon Associate:
- Engage with both new and existing customers within an assigned territory to introduce and promote Verizon products and services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by recommending solutions that best fit each customer’s needs
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Associates and team leaders to strengthen sales strategies and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account updates
- Address customer questions, concerns, or service issues professionally while providing tailored solutions
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support
Qualifications of a Verizon Associate:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior Verizon Associate experience is preferred but not required
- A positive attitude and passion for working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the local office
Pay: $3,750.00 - $5,000.00 per month
