What you will love to do:

REQUIRMENTS:
*Being punctual and reliable.
*Keeping a Great attitude. (Even during the frustrations)
*Willingness to grow & improve
*Coachable in consistently learning Professional lawn equipment and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Leading & teaching team mates.
*Equipment care / proper usage
*Mowing (walk and riding), Trimming, Edging, blowing.
*Spring/Fall Clean up / Pruning & Trimming Trees &/or Bushes
*Some Landscape work (sod install, flower bed installs)
*Annual lawn services... De-thatching, core aerations, etc.
* Snow removal during winter months
*Assist in shop work between seasons.
