Jersey Mike's is looking for Crew Members to help meet that mission at our locations. You must be an energetic individual that is ready to join a friendly culture, have a keen focus on providing great service to each of our customers and an ability to maintain the highest levels of standards in regard to the restaurant and our food.
Responsibilities
- Formal experience NOT required
- Clean work area, organize and stock items as needed
- Strong customer service skills, greeting and serving each guest promptly
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders
- Prepare food products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Answering phones for questions/orders
- Organizing and bagging orders for drivers
- Maintain a clean work environment and restaurant
- Enjoys serving others and being a part of a restaurant team
- Customer service skills, greeting and serving each guest promptly
- Menu knowledge - Making sandwiches promptly with correct ingredients
- Cashier responsibilities - cash handling and customer communications - taking orders accurately
- The ability to tactfully communicate with supervisors, teammates, and quests, both verbally and in written
