Job Overview
Kennedy Roofing & Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced In-House Gutter Installer to join our production team. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and knows how to do gutters the right way. Pay will be depending on experience level.
Responsibilities
- Install gutters, downspouts, and related drainage systems according to project specifications or insurance scope
- Measure and cut materials accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with custom gutters (cutting, fitting, angles, and clean finishes)
- Ability to work on all calibers of homes — from basic residential to higher-end properties
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Perform site inspections to verify quality of work and identify any issues requiring correction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project
Requirements
- Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction trades such as roofing, carpentry, or masonry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures
- Experience with fabrication, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco, fixture installation, or restoration is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
