Duties
- Assist in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and schematics .
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and efficiently on various construction sites.
- Perform concrete forms and pouring, finishing, and formwork construction to create durable foundations and structures.
- Install rebar, metal studs, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, and trim carpentry components with precision.
- Follow construction workplace safety regulations diligently to ensure a secure environment for all team members.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, blueprint specification interpretation, and understanding construction plans.
- Skilled in concrete forming, concrete finishing, and concrete pouring techniques.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, formwork construction, roofing, plastering, caulking, restoration work, and metal stud framing.
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
