RETENTION BONUS FOR NURSES-
* FT HIRES WILL RECEIVE $5000-HALF IN THE 6 MONTH AND OTHER HALF UPON 1 YR OF EMPLOYMENT
* PT HIRES WILL RECEIVE $2500-HALF IN 6 MONTHS AND THE OTHER HALF UPON 1 YR OF EMPLOYMENT

PRN POSITIONS-$36.41/HR, NO BONUS, NO RETENTION BONUS, NO DIFFERENTIAL
We currently have one FT 1st shift 6am-6pm, FT & PT 2nd shift and 3rd shifts with every other weekend with shift differentials. We also have a no benefit wage at 3$ more an hours for those that do not want benefits.
Knox County Nursing Home is currently seeking nurses to work in the direct care charge nurse role. KCNH prides itself in being a teaching facility for nurses just starting their careers and for those experienced looking for satisfaction in a long term career.
Duties:
* Implement the plan of care and evaluate the resident response
*Must maintain confidentiality and resident rights, regarding all resident/personnel information
* Prepares and documents medications and treatments which are administered to residents as prescribed by physicians
*Completes all nursing documentation forms as assigned and ensure that said documentation accurately reflects services required by the resident and provided to the residents
*Responsible for making sure resident's physician and family are informed of condition changes by policies set forth and ongoing rules and regulation
* Will be required to work floor cart
*Follows the Nurse Practice Act, policies and facility standards

Pay: $37.71 - $40.31 per hour
