Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer preferences, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Ensure all food safety standards are met by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in restocking supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork environment while supporting colleagues during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards at all times.
