Job Description: Xcite Audiovisuals is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Commercial Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the installation of commercial audiovisual systems. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and other technicians to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of commercial audiovisual systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee and train junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to review project plans and ensure accurate and efficient execution.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Commercial Installation Technician or similar role in the AV industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial audiovisual systems, including Crestron, Biamp, Extron and QSC.
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in system integration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various commercialsettings.
