Available Roles
Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
Schedule: Days or Nights Available | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Monitor and document patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and discharge planning
Registered Nurse – Case Management
Schedule: Days (08:00 – 16:30) | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care across the continuum from admission through discharge
- Develop and manage care plans to support clinical outcomes and resource utilization
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, payers, and external providers
- Facilitate discharge planning and ensure appropriate follow-up care
- Advocate for patients while balancing clinical and financial considerations
- Support compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Florida or compact state eligibility)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Relevant clinical experience preferred (Med-Surg or Case Management depending on role)
- Case Management certification (CCM or ACM) preferred for Case Manager role
