- Bilingual Tour Guides (English–Spanish required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional attitude
- Passion for travel, history, and cultural experiences
- Ability to engage and lead groups confidently
- Ability to work full-day tours when scheduled
- Availability to travel for a day.
This role is ideal for people who are curious, enjoy learning, and like working with travelers and groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead guided tours in New York City and on full-day excursions to nearby cities
- Provide information and commentary in both Spanish and English
- Assist guests throughout the tour to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
- Coordinate timing, group organization, and basic logistics
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
