Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans using productivity software and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with operators and vendors through effective phone communication and franchisee interaction.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, document proofreading, and maintaining project files with strong attention to detail.
- Support the project manager in tracking progress, updating and preparing reports using Microsoft Office tools and assist evaluating new stores for potential opening.
- Facilitate communication with Operators and obtain Food permits, building permits and Certificates.
- Prepare and distribute project correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- handling inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Strong computer literacy including technical proficiency with productivity software and office equipment such as multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse teams or clients.
- Previous experience working with architecture firm and/or food company.
- Personal assistant or office experience that highlights multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
