Responsibilities
- Safely operate trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver roofing materials to various job sites.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring secure transport and proper handling of all items.
- Plan efficient routes for timely deliveries, maintaining accurate logs of deliveries and pickups throughout the day.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met during delivery interactions.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, organizing supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Support team members with heavy lifting or moving tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, especially with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to represent the company positively during deliveries.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving moving materials safely and efficiently.
- Warehouse experience including familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and loading/unloading procedures.
- Knowledge of route driving best practices to optimize delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals.

- Must be Bilingual.
- Must be able to pull trailers.
- Must have experience pulling 24 - 28' trailers.
