Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start, 40 hours/week with some overtime

What You’ll Do
- Assemble skids and assist with shop production
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and organizing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with other shop duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required – we will train
- Experience with skid/pallet repair is a major advantage!
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor daily
- Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17.00/hour (with increases based on performance)
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours
