Job Summary
Savior Service Plumbing Company is a leading commercial plumbing contractor specializing in new construction, tenant finish-outs and service contracts. We are looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Plumbing Salesperson to join our team and help grow our business.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, property managers, and facility owners
- Identify and pursue new commercial plumbing projects
- Provide accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing jobs
- Follow up on bids, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth job execution
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Experience
- Experience in plumbing sales (commercial preferred)
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and estimating
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 (DOE)
- Commission: 3% – 7% of gross profit per job
