Community & Client Relationship Coordinator (Part-Time)
BE Dance Studios — Miramar, FL
Pay: $18–$20/hour to start
BE Dance Studios is a mission-driven dance school in Miramar, Florida, dedicated to outstanding dance education, artist development, meaningful community, and remarkable performance work. We create a safe, affirming space for dancers, artists, and families of color while remaining a welcoming resource for all.
About the Role
The Community & Client Relationship Coordinator (CCRC) stewards the relationship between BE Dance and the families who participate in our programs — from first inquiry through enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing community engagement. This is not a front-desk or data-entry role; you'll help translate our mission and values into every interaction a family has with us.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries, guide families through enrollment, and process registrations
- Serve as a go-to point of contact for current students and families, resolving routine questions and escalating what needs leadership attention
- Manage communication rhythms across email, text, and our community platform
- Support community events, orientations, and engagement initiatives
- Help coordinate recognition of students, families, and volunteers
- Maintain accurate records across our enrollment and communication systems (Jackrabbit, Go High Level, Asana, Mighty Networks)
- Provide front desk coverage as needed, including welcoming visitors and handling routine inquiries
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and warm, professional communication
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfort learning multiple software systems
- Good judgment about when to resolve an issue and when to escalate
- Genuine interest in working with children, families, and artists
- Alignment with BE Dance's mission and community-centered approach
Preferred:
- Experience in dance, arts administration, education, hospitality, or client relations
- Familiarity with Jackrabbit, Go High Level, Asana, or Mighty Networks
- Bilingual/multilingual skills
- Knowledge of the South Florida community
Schedule: Part-time; weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays, with additional hours during enrollment periods, performances, and community events.
