We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a fabrication shop, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and general welding and fabrication
- Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements
- Operate a press brake and metal shear
- Safely and effectively use general shop tools and equipment
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication process
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with material handling and other shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous welding and metal fabrication experience
- Proficient with a press brake and metal shear
- Strong knowledge of general shop tools and equipment
- Ability to read measurements and fabrication drawings
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time in person, located in Johnson Creek WI.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week with overtime available, Four 10-hour days Monday-Thursday.
