Sweetwater Branch Inn is a historic inn located in Downtown Gainesville. We have been open for over 30 years and pride ourselves on providing a great, memorable and unique guest experience. We have almost 30 rooms and cottages and beautiful gardens.

Job Summary
Morning breakfast preparation, cooking and service at the Inn. Able to talk to guests and be a host . Prep, stock and clean kitchen.
Feed from 2 guests to 60 guests depending on the inn occupancy.
Have a love of food, people and early mornings. On the job training .
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate with kitchen team, prep breakfast items, help make breakfast meal plan, stock fridge and pantry, clean kitchen and breakfast common areas, wash and sanitize dishware. Some shopping and organization necessary.
- Punctuality and dependability is paramount.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
