Overview

Duties
- Lead and execute building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and safety standards
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures
- Manage various aspects of construction site activities, including coordination of subcontractors and material deliveries
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support project timelines
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately implement project specifications
- Conduct masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, siding installation, and restoration tasks
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for framing, carpentry, roofing, trim work, woodworking, plastering, and siding projects
- Oversee or assist with remodeling projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship in all phases of construction
Requirements
- Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, carpentry or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, stucco application, and drywall work
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in framing, woodworking, plastering, roofing, and trim carpentry
- Experience with construction management practices and site safety protocols
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
- Valid certifications or licenses related to heavy equipment operation or specialized trades are preferred but not mandatory
