Club Concierge – The Club at Tamarack
The Club Concierge is the first point of contact for Members and their Guests and plays a key role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and elevated Club experience. This position requires a dynamic, service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceeds Member expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver consistently warm, polished, and engaging service to Members and their Guests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Members, creating a welcoming and personalized experience from arrival through departure.
- Greet, check in, and assist Members and Guests while consistently upholding Club service standards and Customs and Courtesies.
- Create a professional and welcoming first impression that reflects the culture, values, and hospitality standards of The Club at Tamarack.
- Anticipate Member needs and preferences and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their Club and resort experience.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to inquiries regarding Club events, procedures, amenities, and resort activities.
- Issue Member ID cards and All Season Passes and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Club systems.
- Provide personalized recommendations and booking assistance for dining, spa services, events, transportation, recreational activities, and other resort amenities.
- Coordinate effectively with Club and resort departments to fulfill Member requests and ensure exceptional follow-through.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Tamarack Resort, Valley County, and surrounding amenities in order to provide informed recommendations and assistance.
- Resolve requests, concerns, and service issues efficiently, professionally, and discreetly, taking ownership through resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Club’s Customs and Courtesies and apply them consistently in every Member and Guest interaction.
- Support Club operations, special events, and periods of peak activity as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished concierge area and protect Member and Guest confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain accurate records, communicate important Member information appropriately, and ensure requests are followed through to completion.
- Act as a professional ambassador of The Club at Tamarack at all times, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-demand periods
QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience required; minimum 2 years hospitality or private club experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency required, including experience with Microsoft Windows–based applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsible, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
