Review information such as daily records of activities (log), records of materials received and used, and reports from various workers.

Handle production daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and data entry.

Prepare and type reports.

Create flight manifests for passenger movement.

Keep track of all personnel and dispatch field helicopters and boats.

Answer phones.

3+ years of experience in a production setting required.

SafeGulf certification.

Strong Excel skills with the ability to build charts and tables with ease.

Possess strong clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Strong production data entry and logistics experience.

Experience with materials coordination is a plus.
