Are you an organized and proactive professional passionate about supporting mental health services? Psycho Social Therapies is looking for a dedicated Account Specialist/Clinical Services Coordinator to help manage relationships, oversee services, and ensure top-quality care across our partnered facilities throughout Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining Current Accounts
Visit partnered facilities on a set schedule, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Check in with facility leadership to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Assess all service lines for potential expansion opportunities.
Provide clear and systematic feedback from facility visits.
Collaborate with staff to build services and relationships.
Onboarding New Facilities & Services
Onboarding New Staff
Be on-site when introducing new providers to the facility team.
Ensure proper points of contact are established and expectations are clear.
Guide new team members in meeting facility standards and routine tasks.
Client Support
Who We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to travel throughout Ohio to visit facilities.
Experience in account management, healthcare coordination, or behavioral health services preferred.
Passion for mental health services and working with the geriatric community.
