STARTING AT $18.99 PER HOUR, PURSUANT TO THE RULES OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The Cleaner/Laborer – Nights position is a part time position under the direct supervision of the
Building Maintenance Cleaning Supervisor and is responsible for the general cleanliness and
maintenance of the Headquarters Building.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. The pick up of all trash, which includes the bagging and preparation for commercial pickup
2. Vacuuming of all carpets
3. Dusting of furniture and partitions
4. Strip, wax and buff floors and stairways
5. Shampoo carpets
6. Clean lavatories and lounges and replenish supplies essential to the use of the building.
7. May be assigned other duties essential to the maintenance of the building.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Physical capability to climb and work at heights to perform moderate to heavy manual labor. Ability to
understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
