We are seeking an experienced Skilled Welder for a full-time, day shift position in East Flat Rock, NC, working Monday through Friday. This role involves performing welding tasks in a factory or manufacturing environment, supporting production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding work in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Follow work instructions and production guidelines
- Inspect completed welds for basic quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work with team members to support daily production goals
Requirements
- Previous welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Ability to operate basic welding equipment and tools
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices
- Reliable and able to work in a production environment
- Ability to work full-time day shift, Monday–Friday
