Duties
- Operate forklifts & pallet jacks to move and organize materials.
- Assist with order picking for our HVAC/Plumbing crews.
- Conduct inventory stocking, stock rotation, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Manage shipping & receiving processes, verifying orders against shipping documents
- Assist other employees with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations preferred but not required.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Valid WI drivers license is required.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Strong physical stamina to lift 50# items, load & unload trucks, and work on concrete floors for extended periods.
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently in a fast-paced environment
- Position involves performing duties both inside and outside of buildings year round.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
