VROBI Sports established in 2017 is a rapidly growing Veteran owned Sporting Goods Company. We have an excellent opportunity for a Team Accounts Manager with growth potential. A positive attitude with award winning customer service skills is a must for this role. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customers before and after their Team Uniform/Equipment purchase communicating by email, phone and occasionally in person
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Assist with customer requests or issue escalations as needed
- Prepares Quotes and Invoices
- Works closely with Art Team and provides direction to meet customers needs
- Assist customer in sizing and developing complete roster for order
- New customer lead generation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of file management techniques
- Self motivated
- Communication skills
- People Person
- Able to work independently or within team environment
Education and Experience:
- Some college preferred but will consider the right candidate in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple customers/projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
