Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting students in grades 2-3. This contract position offers the opportunity to work directly within an elementary school setting, partnering with staff and families to help students achieve their communication goals. The assignment begins August 25 and extends through June 3, 2027, offering long-term stability and fulfillment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language interventions to a caseload of 28-30 elementary students (grades 2-3, ages 7-8)
- Support the implementation of IEPs under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Collect data and maintain accurate session notes for student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and instructional staff to reinforce goals across settings
- Participate in team meetings and contribute input on student programming
- Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student achievements and areas for growth
This full-time, onsite opportunity offers a standard school day schedule: 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, up to 40 hours per week, coinciding with the academic calendar.
