Our top-rated dental office, known for exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service, is looking for an energetic Social Media Coordinator to help showcase our team, our patient experiences, and the high-quality care that sets us apart.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Collaborate with our team for creative visual storytelling
- Digital Marketing
- Capture photos and videos of our team, office culture, community involvement, and patient success stories (with consent)
- Highlight our exceptional customer service and patient experience through authentic storytelling
- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts and campaigns
- Respond to comments and messages in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Promote office events, patient education, community involvement, and practice updates
- Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement and reach
- Assist with additional marketing initiatives to help our practice continue to grow
Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
- Strong photography, video creation, and content editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
- Dental or healthcare marketing experience is a bonus, but not required
- A positive attitude and ability to represent a trusted, patient-focused brand
