Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly and regularly
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Pick up trash from the parking lot
- Help maintain the Landscaping
- Operate cleaning equipment like vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
- Enforce rules while maintaining a professionalism.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
