Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to oversee our pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for medication administration, critical care, and inventory management in a hospital setting. The Pharmacist will play a key role in ensuring efficient pharmacy operations while providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all pharmacy activities, including dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Supervise pharmacy staff and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of medications and inventory levels
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to ensure safe medication administration
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy from accredited program
- Active pharmacist license in NJ
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical software is preferred
