We are seeking a Summer Camp Manager to lead and support the overall operations of our Summer Camp program! The ideal candidate will be responsible leading, organizing, and supervising all aspects of the summer camp. They place a huge emphasis on ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers and staff, while at the same time creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants!

Responsibilities:
- Lead in the planning, organizing, and implementing of daily camp activities and curriculum.
- Strive to provide a fun, safe, and memorable camp experience for all campers and staff.
- Ensure that daily camp operations runs smoothly and according to schedule
- Supervise and train camp staff, including leads, counselors, and support staff
- Monitor the safety and well-being of all campers and staff.
- Oversee the successful checking and out of all campers.
- Handle any emergencies or issues that arise, including contacting parents or guardians as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to all campers and parents alike.
- Hold camp staff accountable to Strong’s standard of excellence.
- Maintain a clean and safe camp environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of camp policies and procedures
- Lead camp staff meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Upper Management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in a summer camp setting.
- Must be able to work at least 5 full days a week.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast and changing environment
- Experience in staff supervision and training
- Knowledge of camp safety standards and emergency procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in recreation, education, or related field preferred

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
