Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, follow up on leads, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate contracts and financing options with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome that aligns with their energy needs and budget.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual communities.
- Deliver technical sales presentations that clearly explain the benefits of solar energy systems while addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Lead customer service efforts by providing ongoing support throughout the sales process, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, government incentives, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge in energy sales.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or door-to-door sales, preferably within the solar or energy sector.
- Strong background in marketing strategies that target diverse audiences; multilingual skills are highly valued.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, technical sales, and customer service excellence.
- Experience working with energy or solar products is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
