Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides to support clients in their homes through short-shift assignments. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible schedules, extra hours, or part-time work opportunities.
You will provide essential hands-on care and companionship while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans and instructions
Requirements:
PCA, HHA, or CNA certification/experience preferred
Prior caregiving or home care experience is an advantage
Reliable, patient, and professional
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Strong communication and attention to detail
Shifts Available:
