A well‑established fencing company is seeking motivated Fence Installation Laborers to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, outdoor job sites, and contributing to high‑quality construction projects.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour; depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing job sites for fence installation
- Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and install fencing materials
- Perform heavy lifting and safely move materials such as posts, panels, and hardware
- Support installation of concrete footings and framing for fence foundations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and work effectively with team members
Qualifications
- Previous fence installation experience required
- Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and standard job-site safety practices
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials throughout the day
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
