Sucro Painting is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Project Coordinator in Torrance, CA to be the main point of contact for homeowners once their painting project is scheduled. Pay is $27 to $32 per hour based on experience. You will keep projects organized from the first color confirmation through the final follow-up, tracking every detail in JobTread CRM.

- You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You bring experience with a CRM or project management software (JobTread is a plus) and are proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- You bring prior experience in construction, home services, or project coordination, which is a plus but not required.

- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, painters, and subcontractors.
- Process change orders, invoices, and project documentation in JobTread.
- Follow up after completion and help with warranty and service scheduling.
