About the Role
You'll join an established team of skilled techs handling a steady flow of repair and service work. This is full-time, Monday through Friday. No weekends. No late nights.
You'll work on newer vehicles with current equipment, backed by systems that keep your workflow smooth and your hours productive.
This role is for established technicians, not people learning the trade. We offer training to sharpen your skills, but you should already be making money fixing vehicles before you apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
- Deliver quality work that holds up and keeps customers safe
- Stay productive and hit consistent output with the steady workflow we provide
- Communicate clearly with service writers, teammates, and management
- Keep your bay, tools, and equipment in good working order
- Take part in paid training to stay current on new technology
What You'll Need
- At least 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- A track record of generating revenue and staying productive in a shop
- Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems
- Clear communication skills
- Reliability and a commitment to quality work
Nice to Have
- Experience with newer makes and models
- Familiarity with modern shop management systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $70,000–$180,000 per year, based on experience and production
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
