Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to optimize time and fuel consumption
- Engage with customers professionally, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct merchandising activities by organizing and displaying products at delivery sites when applicable
- Perform heavy lifting of packages or merchandise safely, following proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean background in the last 12 years
- Must be at least 21 years old
- No DUI's in the past 5 years
- Must pass a drug test
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation tools to plan efficient deliveries
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Excellent organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and paperwork accurately
- Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic
