Your mission as the Lead Maintenance Bay Specialist, you will be responsible for helping create and oversee the future of the program. Responsibilities include:
- Performing premium manicure and pedicure services
- Performing facials and skincare services
- Assisting with waxing service development
- Developing service procedures and standards
- Creating consistent guest experiences
- Evaluating products and recommending improvements
- Assisting in service menu development
- Helping establish pricing and package recommendations
- Training and mentoring future Maintenance Bay team members
- Maintaining sanitation and compliance standards
- Driving guest retention and repeat business
This role will serve as the primary leader of the Maintenance Bay program and will work closely with ownership to shape future growth and expansion.
Qualifications Required:
- Active Florida Cosmetology License
- Experience performing facials and skincare services
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Leadership mentality with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to create systems, procedures, and standards
- Strong sanitation and compliance knowledge
Preferred Experience with:

Sign-On Bonus Terms--
$1,000 sign-on bonus paid after successful completion of 90 days of active service. Candidate must remain in good standing, maintain minimum scheduling requirements, and comply with all company policies and performance expectations. Additional conditions may apply.
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
